The Naregno Sailing Centre provides lessons in sailing, windsurfing, wing foiling, and catamaran sailing, while Stefano Diving offers PADI and SNSI-certified diving courses and guided excursions. Equipment hire and additional excursions are also available

Capoliveri Bike Park

Capoliveri is a must-visit for mountain biking enthusiasts, thanks to its famous Bike Park on Monte Calamita. With over 150 kilometres of well-marked trails, cyclists of all skill levels can find a route suited to their abilities while enjoying an immersive experience while taking in nature and sport. At the heart of the trail network lies the Fattoria delle Ripalte, a haven for wine lovers where visitors can sample its exceptional wines. It is the perfect opportunity to combine sport with the island's finest culinary delights.

For those without their own bikes, Capoliveri offers several rental shops specialising in mountain bikes, ensuring visitors can enjoy the experience hassle-free. The landscape is simply breathtaking: the deep green of the Mediterranean maquis contrasts with the rich red soil, heavy with iron, while the ever-present sea provides unforgettable views in the background.

Trekking

Trekking enthusiasts can explore the many trails within the Bike Park, where the island's lush nature unfolds at every step.

The mountains of Elba, including Monte Capanne, which rises to 1,019 metres, are generally characterised by the typical Mediterranean maquis and maritime pines, planted from the 1970s onwards. On the Marciana side, chestnut trees have replaced the vineyards that once covered the island. Along these routes, hand-built terraces evoke times past, adding an authentic, historical charm to the landscape.
