One room flat rates 2024

All the one room flats (for 2/3 people) have their own entrance, a small terrace overlooking the garden, a kitchenette, Sat-Tv, telephone, safe, air conditioning and hairdryer.

Prices per week include: car park, water, electricity, gas, VAT, end of stay cleaning (kitchenette not included). Private beach service with extra charge.

Supplement for no cleaning of the cooking corner: 30,00.

Caution money: € 100,00

Cot for children up to 2 years old or extra bed (must not exceed the number of beds provided): € 42,00 per week, linen included; free if with own cot, linen not included.

Additional services: private beach, restaurant, self-service, pizzeria, bar.

Beach rate : starting from € 25,00 per day (1 umbrella + 1 deckchair + sun bed).
